Brightspace is our new Learning Management System. To help you transition smoothly, we’ve put together a full resource hub for instructors. Meet the team
Davinder (Dee) Kaur
Director of Online Learning
Davinder Kaur is a dynamic leader in higher education with over 15 years of experience in academic affairs administration and a specialized focus on online learning for adult and non-traditional learners. Her career spans a wide range of institutions, including R1 universities, technology-focused schools, public and private universities, and non-profit organizations, where she has successfully navigated the complexities of diverse student and faculty populations.
Davinder leverages data-driven methodologies and feedback systems to enhance student success frameworks and faculty development initiatives. She is excited to help transform the technology-enhanced and online learning initiatives for CUNY SPH by translating innovative ideas into actionable strategies that drive measurable improvements in education, faculty support, and student success.
She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the University at Buffalo in Curriculum, Instruction, and the Science of Learning. Davinder is deeply committed to advancing excellence and fostering transformative change in higher education. Her passion lies in building inclusive, forward-thinking learning environments that empower students and educators alike.

Seeraj Kadura
Instructional Designer
Seeraj Kadura works with faculty to design engaging courses and integrate effective uses of educational technology. He brings over six years of experience in higher education, with expertise in learning management system migration, online teaching, and digital tools that improve access and student engagement. At SPH, Seeraj focuses on equity, innovation, and practical solutions that empower faculty to create high-quality learning experiences.
