The Office of the Registrar is responsible for registration, maintenance & security of academic records, grade processing, transcripts and degree conferral. Our website provides related forms and information to assist students, faculty, staff and other constituents.

Mission Statement

The Registrar’s Office is dedicated to providing the CUNY SPH Community with courteous and timely registration and enrollment services. We hold ourselves accountable for maintaining accurate and current information to both internal and external constituents in accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We strive to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in meeting the needs and expectations of the population we serve.
