CUNY SPH faculty, along with researchers from CUNY Central, were awarded a CUNY Career Success Course Innovation grant to develop a standard format and syllabus for field placements for students in CUNY’s mental health professional training programs at CUNY mental health counseling centers.
CUNY SPH Distinguished Professor Nicholas Freudenberg and CUNY Dean for Health and Human Services Patricia Boyce, along with CUNY SPH Associate Professor Victoria Ngo and CUNY Director of Mental Health and Wellness Ryan Camire, will work closely with the directors of the training programs on this project.
