Advanced Certificate programs offer graduate-level public health knowledge and specialized skills in flexible formats. Most require just 12–15 credits and can be completed within one year.

Our certificate programs are designed for working professionals and students seeking to build specialized expertise in a focused area of study, or explore opportunities in the public health field.

Why should I apply?

Students gain specialized expertise in their chosen concentration, enhancing their professional skills and career opportunities. Graduating students will have the opportunity to apply some or all earned credits to a master’s program at CUNY SPH.
