This semester, SPH Counseling and Wellness Services is hosting a 7-part webinar series to assist students with cultivating healthy academic habits.
The series offers strategies and tips in goal setting, time management, self-care, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Strategies for combating perfectionism and developing more positive, compassionate self-talk will also be covered. This series will empower students to develop sustainable habits that contribute to overall well-being and academic success.
