The systems science journal club is a monthly meeting space for CUNY SPH students and faculty to come together and learn more about systems modeling methods and discuss their applications to public health research.
This club meets once per month to discuss a selected systems science-related journal article, book chapter, news article, etc. The club will also be hosting other types of events in future meetings, including guest speakers, seminars, and workshop events.
Our next journal club meeting will be on Thursday, March 9th from 1-2pm and the paper we will be discussing is “Simulating the multicausality of Alzheimer’s disease with system dynamics” by Jeroen Uleman et al.
The meeting will be offered in hybrid format with an in-person meeting option at the CUNY SPH campus room 503 and an option to join virtually on zoom.
