A core contributor to the open-source Bioconductor ecosystem, she maintains bioinformatics packages to standardize microbial signature curation and analysis. Her work spans large-scale national cohorts and randomized trials covering COVID-19, HIV, substance use, and sexual health, with recent high-impact consensus statements appearing in "Nature Medicine" and "Nature Microbiology".
