Office of Communications and Marketing

The CUNY SPH Office of Communications and Marketing is essential to positioning the school as a premier institute of graduate education and research, utilizing a variety of communications channels and social media.

The Marketing team is responsible for promoting CUNY SPH and its academic offerings to prospective students and other key audiences. Through targeted campaigns and outreach, Marketing works to increase awareness of the school and support student recruitment and enrollment.

The Communications team (Comms) is responsible for crafting all official communications from the school, as well as delivering news-worthy information to both our internal and external audiences. Comms ensures that all official communications by the school are consistent in content, tone, and style, and adhere to the overall mission and vision of the school.

Comms helps promote the work, events, research, and achievements of our faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Whether you’re planning an event, announcing a publication, sharing information with our community, or requesting an update for the website, we’re here to help.

Below is an overview of the services we provide and how to request assistance. We ask that requests be submitted at least three (3) business days in advance for reviewing, editing, and scheduling.

If you’re unsure whether your project would benefit from Communications support, please reach out to communications@sph.cuny.edu. We’re happy to help determine the best approach.
