The DC Circuit Court Addresses Silica a commentary on OSHA silica standards

The court upheld OSHA’s analysis showing considerable risks of silica exposure for COPD, lung cancer, and silicosis, even at the new PEL, and deciding the feasibility of achieving those levels.

The commentary was published in the April issue of the Synergist, a publication of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
