The US government requires F-1 applicants to show evidence of financial ability to cover all their expenses (personal and academic) for the duration of their degree.

Becoming an F-1 Student

  2. Submit your SOPHAS Application.
  3. Once you get admitted, reach out to our International Students Office to request the I-20 Application Packet.
  4. Submit a complete and mistake free I-20 Application, containing all required forms and supporting documents via email to our International Students Office.
  5. If your finances get approved, then you will receive an I-20 Form from our school and use it to schedule the F-1 visa interview at a US Consulate overseas.
  6. Once your visa is issued, we will get you set up for registration.
