In this one-hour session, we will begin with some intention setting and breath work, followed by about 40 minutes of asana (yoga poses), and concluding with some breath work and meditation. I will suggest the use of some props, including blocks (large books could substitute), a blanket (or beach towel), and a strap (or a belt or scarf).
