Curious about creating a custom AI bot for your class? This interactive AI Working Group workshop led by Bruce Y. Lee and Spring Cooper will walk you step-by-step through designing, building, and deploying a course-specific bot that aligns with your learning goals.
We’ll cover how to define your bot’s purpose (study support? writing feedback? exam prep? discussion facilitation?), craft effective instructions and guardrails, integrate course materials, and think critically about ethics, bias, and student data. The session will include live demos and dedicated build time so you can leave with a working prototype—or at least a clear roadmap
