Career Workshop: Bringing Your Authentic Self to Work

Join the Office of Career Services (OCS) to explore what it means to show up authentically and confidently in professional environments while navigating workplace expectations and professional norms.

This workshop will help students identify their strengths, values, and communication styles and consider how these can inform the way they build relationships and approach their work. Participants will develop strategies for balancing authenticity with professionalism and cultivating a sense of confidence and belonging in the workplace.
