Dr. Costa is an online program development professional with over 20 years of experience. He teaches courses in social behavioral health and policy. He holds a PhD in political science, a master’s degree in education and is certified in digital and integrative marketing. Our multimodal programs—online, hybrid and in-person—offer options while ensuring high quality learning.”
