Graduate school has a way of keeping you constantly in motion, but your well-being shouldn’t be the last thing on your to-do list. That’s why Counseling and Wellness Services is inviting you to slow down and take care of yourself during our annual CUNY SPH Student Wellness Week from April 20–24, 2026.
This year’s theme, Recharge, Refresh, Rebalance, is a reminder that sustainable success starts with a healthy foundation. When we make space to care for ourselves, we become more present, more resilient, and more capable of doing the work that matters to us.
We invite you to pause and remember that the most important investment you can make this week is in yourself. Sign up today for the events that feel right to you!
Recharge with the GSGA
Tues, Apr 21 | 3:30pm – 6pm | CUNY SPH, Room 503
Join the Graduate Student Government Association (GSGA) and other fellow students for a self-care drop-in. This will be a laid-back, come-as-you-are space designed to help you slow down and recharge in the middle of a busy semester.
Stop by whenever works for you and play games with fellow students, unwind with coloring books, or simply enjoy some good food and company. No agenda, no pressure, just a genuine opportunity to connect and take a little time for yourself.
Food will be served and every student who attends will receive a free self-care kit from Counseling and Wellness Services to take home.
