Public Health Grand Rounds Featuring NYC DOHMH Commissioner Mary Bassett, MD, MPH
Dr. Bassett was named the NYC DOHMH Commissioner in January 2014. She has more than 30 years of public health experience, and she has dedicated her career to advancing health equity across a range of issues. Dr. Bassett expertise ranges from nearly two decades of AIDS prevention in Zimbabwe, to strengthening the capabilities of charitable foundations in improving health domestically and internationally.
