As part of CUNY SPH’s 10th anniversary, we invite you to participate in our inaugural Student Research Expo. We are excited to showcase the exceptional research conducted by our students and create a space to learn about and celebrate these important contributions with the entire CUNY SPH community.

4:30: Student Poster Exhibition Opens

6:00: Welcome and Award Announcement by Dean Ayman El-Mohandes

7:30: Conclusion of event

Event Details

The event will include:

Physical posters displayed in the auditorium
Electronic posters rotating on a projected screen
A digital program featuring all conference abstracts from presentations (poster and oral)
Awards for the best poster and abstract in various categories
Food and celebration to honor your achievements

How to Participate

If you presented at a conference between February 15, 2024 and February 15, 2026, please complete this form by March 6 to provide information about your presentation.

Poster Submissions

Physical posters: Drop off at the 7th floor security desk by March 15 with a note reading “for Elizabeth Kelvin, office 714”. If received by March 15, you can also mail your poster to: Elizabeth Kelvin, CUNY SPH, 55 West 125th Street, room 714, New York, NY 10027
Electronic posters: Email to Dr. Kelvin by March 15 at elizabeth.kelvin@sph.cuny.edu with the subject line: Student Research Expo poster submission from [insert your name].
