Join us for a community listening event focused on the foodscape of West Harlem, organized by the Brotherhood Sister Sol and CUNY SPH. We believe that everyone deserves access to healthy, fresh, and affordable food. However, many in our community face challenges in accessing quality food.

Part of the capstone project of students Logan Lyons, Brennan Meagher, and Dominique Perkins, the listening session will explore critical topics such as nutrition, food insecurity, farmers markets, fresh produce, and health and food shopping experiences of community members.

This event is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts, concerns, and ideas on how we can work together to make the community better through the expansion of the BroSis Green Youth Market at the Johnny Hartman Plaza.

We invite you to participate in this important conversation because your voice matters, and we want to hear from you! By participating in this event, you will have the chance to connect with your neighbors, share your experiences, and explore solutions to challenges.

Together, we can make a difference in our community. We hope you’ll join us in working towards a healthier, more equitable, and sustainable future. See you there!
