Time Management Support Group

Facilitators will offer strategies to support students in effectively balancing academic deadlines, professional goals, personal lives, and self-care. The group will also function as a safe space where mutual support is fostered and related stress can be managed. The goal of the group is for students to build on existing time management skills by addressing barriers and planning for implementation of healthy routines. This is a virtual, weekly, open group for CUNY SPH Students.
