November 2nd, 2022 is National Stress Awareness Day. This year CUNY SPH Counseling and Wellness Services with be hosting a virtual Stress Reduction “Toolbox” Workshop. The workshop will include a 15 minute video offering strategies to manage and reduce stress including mindfulness, guided imagery, and breathing techniques. Following the video there will be a supportive discussion. Hope to see you there!
