As a follow up to the Finding Balance meetings hosted earlier this month, Counseling and Wellness Services will facilitate a virtual presentation that will offer practical information about stress management techniques.

Graduate school is a challenging journey, and balancing academics, work, and personal life can feel overwhelming. Learning how to effectively cope with stress as a as a student, particularly during times of transition and change, is essential for success. 

Join us for this wellness event, where we’ll explore the impact of stress on both the mind and body. Together, we’ll engage in mindfulness techniques and grounding practices designed to help you manage the demands of graduate school— and beyond. These are lifelong skills that foster resilience, balance, and well-being.
