The Department of Health Policy and Management invites you to the next HPAM Research Headline Series presentation featuring CUNY SPH PhD candidate, Kristi L. Ladowski.
Ladowski will discuss the topic, From Framework to Field: Using D&I Models to Develop and Evaluate a New Implementation Approach for Virtual Tai Chi Programs.”
The presentation will introduce Flex‑Collab, a flexible collaborative implementation approach grounded in Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) theories, models, and frameworks to support the virtual delivery of Tai Chi for health programs.
Flex‑Collab was developed to expand access, enhance delivery consistency, and strengthen implementation across diverse community settings. Ladowski will share initial findings from her team’s analysis of three years of Flex‑Collab data and compare the outcomes to traditional in‑person Tai Chi delivery. The session will highlight early insights, lessons learned, and opportunities to inform future improvement and scaling.
Registration is required for this event. Please RSVP to receive the Zoom link.
