Higher Learning – “Where’s the Money for Cannabis?”

Manhattan Community Board 10 and Marcus Meets Malcolm are hosting a forum to provide the Harlem community with funding and legal updates for residents most harmed by the war on drugs. The event will begin with a keynote speaker Tremaine Wright, Chair of the Cannabis Control Board followed by panels discussing cannabis funding and legal updates.
