Public health careers take place in complex systems where not everything is within your control. During CUNY SPH Wellness Week, the office of Counseling and Wellness Services and the Office of Career Services (OCS) are partnering to offer an interactive workshop introducing the 3 Circles framework (Control, Influence, Concern) as a tool for managing career-related stress and anxiety.
Through real-world scenarios, participants will learn how to identify what they can act on, where they can build influence, and how to respond strategically to workplace challenges. The session is designed to strengthen resilience, reduce unnecessary stress, and help you navigate your professional path with greater clarity and confidence.
At the end of the presentation, you will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A, share your own personal experiences, and be offered mutual support by workshop co-facilitators: Cesar León, Ph.D (Counseling & Wellness Services) and Tina Lin (Career Services).
Current CUNY SPH students welcome – RSVP now!
