The CUNY SPH Office of Career Services is excited to collaborate with Counseling & Wellness Services to offer a workshop on the topic of Workplace Stress, co-facilitated by Tina Lin, Career Advisor, and Ashley Harwood, LMSW, Counseling & Wellness Services.
They will provide social/emotional and practical skills to help you build your toolbox for workplace resilience. At the end of the presentation, you will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A, share your own personal experiences, and be offered mutual support.
