Recommended Courses for Your First Semester – Spring Cohorts

Registering for more than 12 credits is not recommended. Below are lists of courses for each program presented in priority order. Students should register for the courses in the order listed. For example, for MPH in Community Health students should first register for PUBH 601, followed by PUBH 613, PUBH 611, etc. If a student registers for 4 courses and later needs to drop a course, then the course to drop should be CHSS 622.

Note that all PhD, MPH, and MS students must complete PUBH 601: Foundations of Public Health Knowledge, a zero-credit series of online modules.
