Isabel Odean Holt

Isabel Odean is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy, where she teaches Public Health Management and Migration and Health.
She brings over a decade of experience in public health, with a focus on health equity, quality improvement, and expanding healthcare access for underserved populations. In her full-time role, Isabel serves as the Director of Quality, Evaluation, and Reporting at Care For the Homeless, a New York City-based nonprofit that provides medical, mental health, and supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Her work centers on improving care delivery through quality improvement initiatives, data-driven evaluation, and a strong commitment to equitable health outcomes. She has led system-wide performance improvement efforts and developed evaluation strategies to measure the impact of integrated care models. Isabel holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
