Commenting on the event, Grassman and Mirer said “We belong to a US-based scientific support group for the Vietnamese Association of Victims of Agent Orange (VAVA). VAVA provides services for disabled children in Vietnam as well as advocating for benefits for victims and for cleaning up the dioxin hot spots left behind. We provide scientific information to supporters, legislators, and veterans based in Vietnam and the US.”
