POSITION: New American Graduate Fellowship

Graduate Fellowships for New Americans, Including Dreamers and DACA Students — Up to $90,000 over two years. Each fellowship supports up to two years of graduate study — in any field and in any advanced degree-granting program — in the United States. POSITION: Innovation Fellows Program (12-week bootcamp)

ORGANIZATION: Mount Sinai Innovation Partners (MSIP)

The MSIP Fellows Program is designed to educate and engage early-career scientists, attorneys, and/or business professionals who have strong interests in the commercialization process of new therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices or digital health technologies to the worldwide patient population. POSITION: Racial Justice Advocacy Fellow 

ORGANIZATION: Interfaith Center of New York (ICNY) 

Help ICNY continue our impact on NYC racial, civic, and faith-based issues, and apply for a one-year long Racial Justice Advocacy Fellow position. You will work with colleagues at ICNY and our partner organizations to develop and implement multifaith advocacy campaigns, bringing the voices of diverse local religious leaders to bear on pressing racial justice issues, including criminal justice reform, closing the jails at Rikers Island, immigration reform, food justice concerns, and housing affordability. We are looking for individuals with experience in racial justice organizing, advocacy and education, with a passion for the civic health of NYC.

Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000

POSITION: Global Reproductive Health Program Analyst (2 yr, full-time, paid)

Applications are open for a Program Analyst position with the Global Reproductive Health team at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, with a focus in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Center for Social Sector Leadership offers this unique fellowship in partnership with the Foundation to provide next generation leaders the opportunity to engage with philanthropic and nonprofit leaders and work with a grantmaking team serving diverse issues and populations.

The goal of the Global Reproductive Health Initiative (Global RH) is to increase equitable access to quality reproductive health care. The initiative focuses on supporting grantees’ work on essential services such as comprehensive abortion, voluntary contraception, and adolescent sexual and reproductive health. To do this, the Global RH Initiative works strategically across the global system to center the needs of women and young people and foster supportive policy, innovation, learning, and connections that will drive change. The team believes that the ability of all people to realize their reproductive health and rights is vital to achieving gender equity. Anchoring this vision are the values for how the team works and supports grantee partners – with humility, creativity, and care.

The Program Analyst position will support RH’s strategic planning, grantmaking, research, and monitoring, evaluation and learning, focused on programs in Sub-Saharan Africa. This position will take day-to-day direction from the RH Program Officer. The fellow will also enjoy full support from UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business’ Founder and Faculty Director of the Center for Social Sector Leadership, who will provide context for the foundation world, access to resources for professional development and fellowship success, and mentoring and coaching for the fellow.

Salary Range (annual):  $80,050.00 – $90,000

POSITION: RWJF Health Policy Fellows

ORGANIZATION: Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF)   

The RWJF Health Policy Fellows program offers mid-career professionals the opportunity to participate in the policy process at the federal level and use that leadership experience to improve health equity, health care, and health policy. The Fellowship program is comprised of two unique experiences: an immersive orientation period and a hands-on placement working as a senior advisor to an elected or appointed federal government official. Fellows serve as senior advisors to key health policy decision-makers in Washington, DC.  They participate in the policy process with members of Congress, a congressional committee, or the executive branch. Under the supervision of the office in which they are placed. This concentrated orientation is designed to prepare the fellows for immediate success in the second phase: their placements in the federal legislative and executive branches.

POSITION: Hispanic Health Professional Student Scholarship

ORGANIZATION: National Hispanic Health Foundation (NHHF)

Open to any student enrolled full time in accredited schools of dentistry, medicine, public health, physician associate, pharmacy, and BSN or graduate students in nursing school. This year, 40 students will be awarded, and the scholarship will feature awards of $5,000 annually for up to four years, as well as individual scholarship awards of $2,000 each. Only U.S. Citizens, permanent lawful residents, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) are eligible to apply.
