PEU’s model has proven particularly critical amid the global pandemic, a severe economic crisis, and now a challenging recovery. • Tenant Support Unit: Helps keep tenants secure in their homes by connecting them to rent freeze and homeowner tax exemption programs, anti-eviction and repair resources, and access to NYC’s Right to Counsel program.

Job Description: PEU policy interns will work 25 hours per week and receive ongoing training to assist PEU’s Policy Director and PEU’s outreach teams, while building professional skills.
