The Maimonides Department of Population Health aims to improve the health of the Brooklyn community through transformation of the health care delivery system and the development of processes to support integration, coordination, and collaboration across a wide range of health and social services organizations.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Manager, Partner Engagement & Program Implementation. Primarily you will be responsible for 

  1. partner engagement and onboarding, including provider and partner staff orientation to priority initiatives; and
  2. overseeing the implementation of clinical programs and realization of program goals at partner sites.

Partners include hospitals, FQHCs, IPAs, and community-based physicians but the Manager will also collaborate with Health Homes and their associated provider networks and long-term care facilities. Priority initiatives include primary care transformation, improving transitions in care, and community engagement. The successful candidate will share our passion for advancing healthcare in Brooklyn and our strong work ethic.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project/program implementation in healthcare or a minimum of two year of related work experience with a Master’s or more advanced degree.
  • Require track record of success in clinical program development and management; extensive working experience with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and project management experience. 
  • Preference for candidates familiar with NCQA standards for PCMHs and use of health information technology in ambulatory care settings.
  • Superior analytical abilities; strong communications skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

PCG is currently seeking a Client Success Supervisor for our New York region. With a growing local presence, our goal is to provide superior service to State and Local Education Agency clients in the areas of Special Education, School-based Medicaid, Professional Development, and other PK-12 education program needs. The Client Success Supervisor will act as a lead for our customer implementation, training and support team working with current clients in New York. You will interface with key school administrators, clinicians, and teachers to acquaint yourself with their needs and provide solutions that fit those needs. Your goal is to provide our clients with the tools and insight necessary to feel empowered in their day-to-day jobs.

Our team will provide the new Client Success Supervisor with a comprehensive, challenging training plan to ensure:

  • Within first 30 days, develop an understanding of our products and services; and start to attend client trainings and project implementations
  • Within 60 days, demonstrate an ability to lead client trainings; and work with supervisor to enact a long-term strategy to manage new customer implementations and ongoing client training and support
  • Within 120 days, execute strategy for new customer implementations and ongoing training and support, as well supervise the customer success team

After the successful training plan, the Client Success Supervisor can expect to focus on client training, implementation, and ongoing engagement with 80% focus, including:

  • Act as a client representative for key PCG projects in New York, with a focus on Special Education data management and school-based Medicaid reimbursement
  • Learn relevant local, state and federal program regulations to ensure ability to manage and respond to customer inquiries (e.g. Special Education and Medicaid)
  • Develop excellent working knowledge of PCG applications in New York to manage and provide technology assistance to clients
  • Maintain records/documentation for all client meetings
  • Conduct and manage trainings for new and legacy clients
  • Manage ongoing outreach including regular communications, newsletters and other training and support documentation for our clients
  • Work with team to develop status reports and present to clients
  • Work with product team to ensure that application enhancements and development releases is documented in training and support materials
  • Utilize web-based tools and data to make recommendations that improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in customer success, account management or similar role, with at least 2+ years successful experience supervising others
  • Experience managing teams and clients with project management and CRM technology, such as Asana, Zendesk and/or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with SaaS or other technology implementations preferred

Differentiating Experience

  • Prior experience in ed-tech, school-based health services and/or Medicaid operations
  • Prior experience in K12 education, including classroom, operations or administration
  • Advanced degree and/or other related professional certification
