We’re happy to welcome Delphine Demmerle Yaghmaian as the new Research Programs Director in the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research (SPaR) at the CUNY School of Public Health & Health Policy. Delphine comes to the SPH with seven years of experience working on federal and non-federal grants, including four years in world-renowned institutions of higher education namely New York University and Columbia University. As a Senior Grants Manager at ICAP at Columbia University, she managed a portfolio of grants of an average value of sixty million dollars. Delphine received a master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the New School for Social Research. As a graduate student, she conducted field research among the Senegalese Murid Community in Harlem. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she focused on economic development.
