This event is part of Student Wellness Week 2025: April 28 – May 2.
Offered in collaboration with the Office of Accessibility Services in recognition of CUNY Disability Awareness Month, this workshop will provide students with practical tools to prioritize tasks, overcome procrastination, and create sustainable routines for productivity and balance. Through an interactive and engaging approach, the workshop will equip students with the skills needed to take control of their time and make space for their well-being.
Our presenter, Jasmine Jackson, is a dedicated mental health counselor in New York, a second-year Ph.D. student in Counseling Psychology at Seton Hall University, and a Clinical Fellow at The Wellness Center at the CUNY Graduate Center. With a passion for student success and well-being, she specializes in helping individuals develop effective strategies for managing academic and personal challenges.
