The systems science journal club is a monthly meeting space for CUNY SPH students and faculty to come together and learn more about systems modeling methods and discuss their applications to public health research.
This club meets once per month to discuss a selected systems science-related journal article, book chapter, news article, etc. The club will also be hosting other types of events in future meetings, including guest speakers, seminars, and workshop events.
Our next journal club meeting will be on Friday, December 8th from 12pm-1pm on Zoom. The paper we will be discussing is “Feedback dynamics of the low-income rental housing market: exploring policy responses to COVID-19” by Katherine E. Marçal, Patrick J. Fowler & Peter S. Hovmand
We hope you can join us! Please RSVP to this event using the provided Eventbrite link, where you will gain access to the zoom link for the meeting along with a link to the article.
This event is open to all CUNY SPH students and faculty. Our goal is to make this an open space for anyone interested in exploring systems science methods, regardless of prior experience.
