All are welcome to join special guest speaker, Shefali Haldar, PhD, Director of Real-World Evidence Platforms at Merck & Co., Inc. to discuss real-world uses of consumer health informatics.

Dr. Haldar is responsible for leading the strategy, design, development, and impact of enterprise-wide platforms that support scientists conducting health economic and outcomes research.

Prior to her role at Merck, Dr. Haldar led user research initiatives for digital health technologies at a non-profit and startup. She completed her PhD in Biomedical and Health Informatics at the University of Washington and completed Postdoctoral training in Human-Computer Interaction at Northwestern University.
