Sanmati Naik is a wellness program planner, meditation teacher, and lifelong student of ancient wellbeing practices. She has led community programs that illuminate meditation’s transformative power for personal growth and success and offers personalized routines rooted in traditional wisdom and time-tested scientific techniques. Before transitioning into wellness, Sanmati enjoyed a successful career as a city planner, urban designer, and architect.
