What is the CSA?
The Career Skills Academy is a highly supportive program for students who are ready to level up their professional skills.
CSA is a year-long program that focuses on growing your network, developing outstanding interview skills, negotiating salaries, building leadership skills, advancing your professional brand, and taking your career to the next level.
How does the program work?
Attend five events during both the Fall ’25 and Spring ‘26 semesters and unlock:

– Group career coaching with your CSA peers
– Exclusive CSA alumni LinkedIn group
– Masterclasses with guest experts
– Professional headshots
– $250 annual stipend
– Skill shares, mock interviews, and more.
