Linda Barley

Adjunct Professor
Community Health and Social Sciences
Early professional years, I taught elementary and middle grades.
During the 1970s, my classrooms became the hospital and the community where I practiced community and public health, which later lead to university-level at York College, Adelphi University, Hofstra University, Pace University, and St. Joseph College. Social justice, public health and wellness promotion influenced my research, scholarship and service. It is my pleasure to serve as Affiliated Faculty with the Department of Community Health & Social Science, CUNY Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy.
