On Friday, April 29, Kimberly Kamara, a student in the Community Health and Health Policy track, successfully defended her dissertation, “Assessing Psychosocial Factors that Influence Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Behavior in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia.” Her dissertation committee was chaired by Adjunct Professor Nicholas Grosskopf.
After six years of balancing school and work, Dr. Kamara will continue to support delivering neglected tropical disease treatments to those in need through her role as Assistant Vice President at the END Fund.
