Recent SPH graduate Michael LeVasseur, together with Hunter faculty member Elizabeth Kelvin and York College faculty member Nicholas, publishes: “Intersecting identities and the association between bullying and suicide attempt among New York City youths: results from the 2009 New York City Youth Risk Behavior Survey” in the AJPH. The authors found that the association between bullying and suicide attempt was modified by sexual, gender and racial identities.
