This forum will focus on the policies to replicate\, scale\, and finance food as medicine programs\, from medically-tailored meals to prescription produce programs.  \nA message from the Office of Eric Adams\, Mayor of New York City:\n“Mayor Adams thanks the CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute for bringing advocates\, practitioners\, and policymakers together to explore the growing ‘food is medicine’ movement in its upcoming forum. The Mayor has long been an advocate for transforming the City’s food system\, rooted in his personal journey of overcoming Type 2 diabetes by adopting a whole-food\, plant-based diet.
