That’s why Counseling and Wellness Services is inviting you to slow down and take care of yourself during our annual CUNY SPH Student Wellness Week from April 20–24\, 2026. \nThis year’s theme\, Recharge\, Refresh\, Rebalance\, is a reminder that sustainable success starts with a healthy foundation. When we make space to care for ourselves\, we become more present\, more resilient\, and more capable of doing the work that matters to us. \nWe invite you to pause and remember that the most important investment you can make this week is in yourself. Sign up today for the events that feel right to you! \nChair Massage \nTues\, Apr 21 to Thurs\, Apr 23  |  2:30pm – 5:30pm  |  Room 534 \nCounseling and Wellness Services is bringing back chair massages for Wellness Week! Chair massage is one of the simplest ways to give your body and mind a genuine break. Seated in a specially designed chair with your face resting in a cushioned cradle\, a therapist works through tension in your neck\, shoulders\, back\, and arms. \nThe benefits of chair massages go beyond immediate relaxation too because regular practice can ease chronic muscle tension\, lower stress\, and leave you feeling more grounded long after you stand up. \n\nTues\, Apr 21\, 2:30pm – 5:30pm\,  RSVP\nWed\, Apr 22\, 2:30pm – 5:30pm\, RSVP\nThurs\, Apr 23\, 2:30pm – 5:30pm\, RSVP \n\nPlease note\, this event is only for CUNY SPH students.
