DESCRIPTION:Parent Support Group\nThursdays at 8pm 9/21 – 12/7 (except 11/23) \nFacilitator: Markella Heather Georgiou\, MPH \nThe facilitator is a Counseling and Wellness Services counselor\, a registered nurse\, and a certified health educator experienced in supporting parents. This support group will provide a safe space for CUNY SPH students parenting children of all ages to receive valuable information about diverse parenting experiences (including postpartum\, foster\, and adoptive). Participants will engage in mutual aid and identify strategies for managing academic and familial responsibilities simultaneously.
