SUMMARY:Navigating Our New Normal Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Since March 2020\, many of us have had to contend with an increase in social isolation. This has presented particular challenges for students who are parents or caregivers\, students living in close quarters with relatives\, partners or roommates with whom conflict has arisen\, those working remotely\, essential workers\, those of us who are grieving\, and a host of other challenges. The Navigating Our New Normal Support Group will provide a safe space to share experiences\, mutual support\, and develop healthy coping skills. Students can join at any time. \n
