DESCRIPTION:Wednesday April 7th is an outreach\, education\, and screening initiative that raises awareness about harmful drinking behaviors and connects individuals who are at risk with supportive options. Thousands of colleges\, community-based organizations\, and military communities provide the service to individuals every year. Students are encouraged to use the AUDIT (Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test) self-assessment tool with its origins from a World Health Organization study: https://auditscreen.org/check-your-drinking/ \nStudent Wellness Counselor Sherry Adams will be available for same day appointments to offer post-screening support and/or referrals.
