SUMMARY:MPH in Environmental and Occupational Health Science Information Session
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an information session about the MPH in Environmental and Occupational Health Science program. \nThe MPH in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences track prepares students to recognize\, analyze\, and control environmental and occupational threats to health. Students gain the scientific framework and technical skills to assess and measure exposures to environmental and occupational hazards\, examine the relationships between exposures and health outcomes in built\, natural\, and social contexts\, and to develop control strategies to remediate these exposures. \nStudents can select one of the following four focus areas\, or create their own plan in consultation with their academic advisor: \n\nClimate change and health preparedness\nEnvironmental and occupational epidemiology\nGeospatial environmental health\nOccupational health and safety\n\n
