DESCRIPTION:The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is responsible for public transportation in the NYC metropolitan area carrying over 11 million passengers and 850\,000 vehicles on an average weekday. \nThe CUNY x MTA partnership is a collaboration between CUNY and MTA to provide exclusive industry opportunities to CUNY students. MTA offers paid internship opportunities to matriculated CUNY students interested in building a career at the largest public transportation authority in the United States.
