SUMMARY:Finding Balance: Processing change and uncertainty
DESCRIPTION:Counseling and Wellness Services is hosting an online meetings for students to gather in a supportive\, inclusive space to reflect on their feelings during this time of societal change and transition. This event offers an opportunity to connect with peers\, share experiences\, and discuss ways to manage stress and uncertainty.  \nIn addition to providing a safe space for reflection and support\, this event will serve as a chance to meet the new Director of Counseling and Wellness Services\, Dr. Cesar León.
