Employer Discovery Series: Healthy Harlem, Harlem Children’s Zone Info Session

Make a difference locally! Learn more about the Healthy Harlem wellness initiative, and hear recruiters from Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) share about the non-profit work that is breaking the cycle of generational poverty for children and adults in Central Harlem. HCZ has multiple job openings through their work with public school students, the Promise Academy charter schools, and family support programs.

The Healthy Harlem wellness initiative encourages students + families to incorporate healthy food choices and physical activity into their daily lives. The Program consists of best practices in physical activity, nutrition education, and community support. Join the work of Healthy Harlem to instill a culture of healthy living throughout the Zone and provide children with the academic, personal and career support they need to stay on the path to becoming self-sustaining, successful adults.
