Consider working for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s (DOHMH) Bureau of Food Safety and Community Sanitation (BFSCS) as a Public Health Inspector. \nBFSCS plays a critical role in preventing disease and protecting public health by ensuring that food service establishments\, food carts\, and other facilities across New York City meet strict health and safety standards.
